Dumpster Rental Application

I understand and agree to the following: I hereby release the City of West Orange and its contractors and/or subcontractors from all liability for any damage to my property caused by equipment in connection with the delivery, pickup and/or servicing of a temporary dumpster at the service address listed above. I understand that dumpster service is strictly for residential customers only. I also understand that the dumpster will only be placed where it can be accessed by an all-weather surface or road (no further than 50' onto property). I further agree that I will have this dumpster for a maximum period of TEN (10) WORKING DAYS. Within these 10 working days, I understand that I may have the dumpster emptied and left on my property for continued use at a cost of $33.47 per dump (paid prior to dumping)...however this WILL NOT begin my 10 working day period over. The original 10 working day period remains in effect regardless of how many "dump and leaves" I get. Total dumpster weight is not to exceed 500 pounds and the contents shall not hang over or stick out past the sides or edges of the dumpster or exceed the dumpster rim. Items that MAY NOT be placed in the dumpster include: tires, batteries, paint, oil, antifreeze, items containing asbestos, roofing shingles, large automobile parts, bricks, concrete, hazardous materials, white goods including water heaters, stoves, refrigerators, dish washers, dryers and console televisions.

A copy of your driver's license (or photo identification, if you do not have a driver's license) must be on file at City Hall in order to finalize this transaction. You may deliver it in person, mail it or upload a copy using the link below.
