PARKS
There are two parks/playgrounds within the city. Caffey Park is located at the corner of Lansing and Burnett Streets. Seale-Alford Plaza is located next door to City Hall on Western Avenue. Caffey Park has a covered pavilion as well as playground equipment for the children. Seale-Alford Plaza has a gazebo (which may be reserved through City Hall), a playground and a walking path.
